Do you do virtual or in-person sessions?

I currently in-person sessions and HIPAA-compliant Telehealth video counseling. My office is located in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

How long are your sessions?

Sessions are generally 50 minutes. However, depending on your needs I can schedule longer sessions. We can discuss this during our initial call.

What are your rates?

Rates are $140 for a 50 minute session for individuals. Refer to Offerings page for full details. I also have a limited amount of sliding scale spots available based on client-identified need ranging from $85-$140. I ask folks to consider factors such as income and intersecting identities when deciding about sliding scale.

Do you take insurance?

I do not currently take insurance. I am happy to provide a superbill upon request. I do take HSA and FSA cards.

What is the initial consultation call?

Our initial consultation will be a 20 minute call to discuss your needs and goals for our time together. This is also a space to make sure that we will be a good fit. The initial call is free of charge.

What is the Good Faith Estimate?

The Good Faith Estimate is a provision of the No Surprises Act, which was enacted in 2022 to protect people from surprise medical bills. All health care providers are required to provide private pay clients with the estimated cost of annual services prior to the start of services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
